Thongsala, Baan Tai and Baan Kai: The south is without doubt the most diverse area for Koh Phangan restaurants and cafés. Numerous eateries line the streets of Thongsala, Baan Tai and Baan Kai. From the centre of Thongsala you can stroll around the streets and choose from a variety of places to eat. Don’t overlook the little corner cafés. These may not appear as opulent as some of the larger restaurants, but often serve some of the tastiest food around. Some of the more dominating establishments sit alongside shops and bars. Serving everything from freshly made German specialties and sweets to traditional English roast dinners.

Along the main road through Baan Tai and Baan Kai, there are some high quality but affordable Koh Phangan restaurants and cafes. Some situated on the waters edge, overlooking the ocean.
